He was always timely and communicative, which was refreshing, considering how (in my experience) many contractors routinely don't show up on time and/or do a good job of communicating.

Once Mike was hired, he worked diligently, but was not one to take short-cuts. The icing on the cake was his quality of work... my group of friends have unanimously agreed that I now, by far, have the nicest bathroom.
